| A very wide variety of tents are available in all sizes from 9' x 10' to 60' x 180'. A wide selection of colors is available as well as elegant fabric liners and specialty lighting, flooring and carpeting. Winter tenting with heating is also available. Come see our photo album of tent installations. We will be happy to visit your home, measure your yard, discuss your needs and give you an accurate estimate at no obligation. POLE TENTS Pole tents have a variety of uses and must be staked into the ground with the stakes extending 8’ from the tent around the perimeter.
*** Please note, seating capacity is based on round tables of 10 with no other services. Additional space will be needed for dance floor, buffet tables, bars, band stages, etc. Sidewalls are additional. FRAME TENTS Frame tents are ideal for deck, patios and blacktop installations when staking is not practical. These tents are self standing, with adjustable legs and can be installed in tight places.

IT’S EASY TO RENT! |

Please feel free to call our showroom for ideas, advice and assistance. Our Party Consultants are at your service. They will help you order the right quantities of the proper items. We are always happy to recommend better caterers, bands, bartenders, entertainers, etc. Delivery is normally available unless the order is small or delivered to a distant place. Please make sure that the arrangements for delivery are explicit as there are extra charges if no one is home at the time of delivery or pick up, or for delivery or pick up at other than ground level. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place on delivery. On pick up, all the items should be stacked, tables folded, chairs bagged and ready to go. Set up and knock down service is available at reasonable additional cost if arranged in advance. China, silver, utensils, etc. must be returned clean (free of food) and replaced in boxes. With the exemptions of linens, we are not allowed to accept soiled items on return. Responsibility of equipment remains with the lesser from the time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Check with the management of hired halls to make sure they will take care of this for you. We offer a damage waiver to protect you if items are broken or damaged while in your possession.

We are easily accessible with a 24 hour phone number and emergency paging system. We sell almost everything we rent. We are distributors of folding chairs, tables, bar supplies, screens, caterers equipment, flatware, china, glassware, etc. Please call or visit our showrooms. Prices effective June 15, 2008.
